Intiface download: Intiface Desktop
Follow the tutorial on the Intiface website to set it up, then just load a save (or start a new game) and it should connect automatically. If not, you can use the manual connect button in the Inner Sanctum.

Does it work on android
It doesn't work on android right now because Intiface doesn't have android support, but I remember seeing the developer post something on Twitter about trying to get it to work on android so if that happens I'll see what I can do.
